LOFT Credit Cardholder Appreciation Event

A comprehensive, multi-touchpoint campaign celebrating LOFT’s favorite and very best clients - LOFT Credit Cardholders.

The two-week event kicked off with a direct mail piece, featuring seasonal imagery and a cardholder-exclusive coupon. This was backed up by a robust digital campaign across email, site, and social media, as well as in-store via signage, window banners, and experiential activations.

Each client received targeted assets based on their current status with the LOFT Credit Card: VIP clients, Insider clients, and separate acquisition materials for those customers who are not yet cardholders.
