A 360-degree rebrand, introducing Ann Taylor’s new loyalty program, StyleRewards, along with a relaunch of the Ann Taylor Credit Card.
Email and site launches were supported with in-store signage, direct mail collateral, and special offers.
I ushered the program from its initial planning phases through launch, overseeing copy, brand voice, and compliance with both legal and financial partners.
